President/C.E.O. Esther Denn CCAM, ARM
Esther Denn is a Certified Community Association Manager. She is the owner and president of eDenn Property Management located in Laguna Hills, CA. Esther brings over 20 years of property management experience, including portfolio management of homeowner associations of 800 to 1,000 units. Ms. Denn has past experience in the management of high rises, master planned communities, condominiums, single family homes, architectural committees, and on-site community management of over 400 units. She has served on the board of directors for her own homeowners association and recognizes the problems that owners face.
Ms. Denn is proactive in finding solutions. She provides leadership, guidance, education and training to property owners. Her experience includes the coordination of construction defect litigation, insurance litigation, special assessments, bank loans, defusing homeowner and board uprisings, coordinating a successful fuel modification program, coordinating asphalt repairs and slurry seals, coordinating successful painting projects, and major reconstruction repairs for decking, woodwork, stairs and windows.
Ms. Denn has earned her CCAM designation as well as the ARM, Accredited Residential Manager designation, through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is working towards completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management through the University of Laverne. A strong focus on personal growth and communication has led her to develop course materials and classes on “The Artist Way, Developing your Creativity” and “Stress Management for the Work Place.” Esther is a member of California Association of Community Managers, Community Associations Institute, Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Female Executives, South Orange Country Regional Chambers of Commerce, and the For You Network Orange County. She regularly attends industry events, workshops and classes to further enhance the skills she brings to property management. Assistant Manager - Angela O'Roark
Angela O'Roark is currently in process of completing the certification program known as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through Community Associations Institute. After hard work and dedication she has received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration through the University of Phoenix. She brings over two decades of previous customer service in the the insurance industry from selling and servicing policies to handling auto and fire claims. She was also a member of the Northridge earthquake disaster relief team, assisting hundreds of customers throughout the United States.
She has developed her leadership skills through the education and training classes
she conducts. Being a mentor to fellow co-workers and volunteering her time teaching
for the Junior Achievement organization has made her one of the premier professionals
in her field.

Assistant Manager - Dottie Quinn
Dottie Quinn brings over five years experience in the property management industry with a strong focus on community associations. Dottie’s strong work ethic has contributed to her success with providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to the Managers and community clients she assists.
Dottie knows first hand the burden that Board members carry. She has past experience serving as a Board member in the community where she lives. She has served on every position on the Board of Directors for her community. That experience alone coupled with the knowledge gained along the way has proven invaluable to her in assisting her clients.
She has past experience with painting, termite tenting, asphalt repair, slurry coating, landscape projects, lighting replacements, and pool replastering. She has worked on budget planning and preparation, special assessments, bank loans, accounting, transition of new accounts, reserve studies, financial reviews, mediation of homeowner disputes and management planning.
Dottie is a member of the Orange County Community Associations Institute Organization and has completed her Management class as well as the Community Leadership Training program. She is a member of the California Association of Community Managers and is in the process of applying for the credential program for certification as a Community Manager.
