At eDenn Property Management we strive to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our clients. Contract prices are based on an equation of "dollars per door." We will prepare a customized contract for each client depending on their needs. We have included as many components as possible in our per "door" price to avoid excessive management extras that can occur when the monthly bill comes. Our management fee includes all contract components (financial reports, site review reports, minute preparation, etc.) except the few ancillary charges of postage and mailings. A one time set-up and record transfer fee of $500.00 will be billed upon execution of original management contract.
